Meeting Recap 9/23

Welcome to Valencia High School UNICEF Club! At our very first meeting, we introduced our lovely officer board!

In our first meeting, we discussed about our goals such as PROMOTING AWARENESS about global issues on a local scale, ENCOURAGING INVOLVEMENT in helping disadvantaged children worldwide, and RAISING $1000 to donate to children in need. There are also monthly themes that we will be covering throughout the year along with different, big events such as Trick or Treat with UNICEF. Volunteer opportunities such as the annual SCV marathon are coming up, so be sure to be on the lookout for those as well.

We thank everyone for coming to UNICEF and let's support great causes throughout this 2019-2020 school year and many years to come!
